Infinite Warfare Will Be Opened Up For Five Free Days

Something festive appears to have made it into the waters of gaming. Activision are allowing gamers to fight their way through Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare for free.

Gamers who’ve wanted to take the latest action-packed first shooter out for a test run have their opportunity. Beginning at 6pm GMT on December 15th through to 6pm GMT December 20th PC gamers can download and play the latest Call of Duty experience, with access to all three game modes.

This comes on the heels of Activision releasing six additional MP as well as a Christmas themed Winter Crash map and two new game modes for Modern Warfare Remastered. Hitman released a Christmas-themed level for owners of the latest Agent 47 title.

The access Activision is giving to Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare allows players to engage with the storyline in the campaign with ‘Rising Threat’ and ‘Black Sky’, found in the first two levels of the game. Of course multiplayer is accessible as well capping at a level of 15. Playing on the zombie infested 1980s amusement park map gamers will find a will Level Cap of 3.

At this point, many gamers will wonder if all their hard work in the free versions will carry over when they decide to buy the title. Activision promises both progress and experience will carry over.

All the details about the free period for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare can be found here and of course the mandatory trailer promoting the event is below.
